| Pets are allowed by special request and with an additional rental fee of $15 per night and additional damage deposit of $100. (I love animals and I hate to put a premium on having them stay with you, but they tend to make cleaning more difficult and cause extra wear and tear, therefore the additional rental fee and damage deposit requirement.) |

A reservation deposit of $300 for weekly rentals; $50 per night for
nightly rentals is due within 10 days of verbal or email reservation. This
reservation deposit will be applied toward rental charges. Cancellation policy
is as follows:
Cancel 75 days or more before arrival: All reservation deposit will be
refunded.
Cancel 74 days or less before arrival: No reservation deposit will be
refunded.
You will receive a written rental agreement which you will need to sign and return with the deposit. Upon receipt of your final payment, you will receive driving directions and a map to the cabin, as well as directions for check-in.
Final and full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival (or within 48 hours when reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date) and is non-refundable.
Preferred form of payment is check, money order or cashiers check. Visa and Mastercard is accepted via Paypal with a surcharge to cover Paypal fees. ($25 fee for returned checks)

A damage deposit of $300 for weekly rentals; $50 per night for nightly rentals is due 30 days prior to arrival or within 48 hours when reservation is made within 30 days of arrival date. If reservation is cancelled at any time prior to arrival, 100% of the security deposit will be returned. Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure adjusted for any damage incurred during the stay.
Check in is at 3:00PM (earlier if arranged prior to arrival). Check out is at noon. Late check out may be possible if arranged prior to arrival. If not arranged prior to arrival, a late departure fee of $50 per hour will be assessed and deducted from your damage deposit.
This cabin is located in a community with 12 other residences. I ask my renters to be considerate of these neighbors and have assured them that my renters will present no problems. The owner or owner agent reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time in the event a problem occurs. If this should happen, the unused portion of the rental fee will be returned. This has never happened and I don't anticipate any problems.
We reserve the right to refuse the use of this cabin to anyone for any
reason.
