This is an awesome alternative to the expensive Lake Roosevelt house boat rentals. This cabin has excellent water access - only approx 200 feet down a gentle slope. The sandy beach is excellent for families. The water is calm with a very gentle slope, and no drop offs.

This Lake Roosevelt Cabin is located at Moccasin Bay (approximately 9 miles upstream from Porcupine Bay - check this map for exact location) on the Spokane River arm of Lake Roosevelt. It is 13 miles from Davenport, Washington, a short 43 miles from downtown Spokane or a four to five hour drive from the Seattle area. The area is very quiet with only 13 cabins sharing the beach and boat dock...in fact, most days you'll only see a few other people. You'll also have access to your own boat slip. Excellent alternative to the expensive Lake Roosevelt house boat rentals.

The cabin will sleep 4+ people. It has one bedroom (queen bed) on the main floor, a loft (4 twins) and a rustic basement bedroom (queen bed). Two full bathrooms (one with tub/shower and one with a shower) and a modern kitchen (complete with microwave and large full size refrigerator) make this a great getaway for your family! Enjoy a quiet evening on the large deck with comfortable padded furniture and a charcoal BBQ. A fire pit is available. No smoking is allowed. Please ask about our pet policy.

Telephone service is available. You will be given the phone number when your reservation is confirmed. Long distance not included and will be charged at 18 cents per minute (charges will be deducted from your damage deposit). Please bring a calling card.

Fish from the dock; swim in the warm, clear water; sunbathe on the sandy beach or water ski on water as smooth as glass (morning and dusk are the best!!!). Your vacation will be relaxing, stress-free and refreshing!
